I have this small bottle that I need help identifying

I purchased this bottle from my local antique store. The small size and the embossed lettering on it caught my eye. I do believe it's Ukranian lettering on the bottle, but I don't know what it says.
It has a little spout on it too, so maybe it could have been a bottle for mixing chemicals? I'm not sure.

Any information is helpful.

Hmm, Google Translate isn't being much help with this one. First word is for sure Pharmacy, and the last three characters might be General, but I can't figure the rest out. Maybe a person's name? As for the spout, that's quite common on medicine bottles from central and eastern Europe.

Looks more like Greek. I don't think it is Cyrillic.

Perhaps a combo from the southern Black Sea area?
