I have never seen an iron pontiled bottle from the UK are there any?

I'm not aware of any. I only collected from 10-15 yrs old over there. I know they had a handful of early open pontiled stuff but it is mostly victorian age for collectors.

They aren't common but are known. I wouldn't rule out import just yet.
I also saw a very vague reference, worse actually than Jim's shown in Baltimore in 1893. FROM. No offense Jim but neither gives a real accreditation.
I wish I could afford to subscribe to one or all of those pay sites that always come up. I bet there's more there.
Very nice bottle no matter where it's from.
