Not much to say about them other than there fun to collect. Ive found them in creeks, rivers, lakes, fields, dumps.. there just about everywhere!!

Your insulator was made by Wisconsin Porcelain Co. located in Sun Prairie Wi. They were in business from 1919 to 2006.
