I know it has a screwtop meaning it is newer, but would anyone be able to give me a more precise time frame and maybe what it’s worth?

A bottle with no words on it or no paper label or no embossing, or no nothing is what is known as a Slick. Usually most slicks will have very little to no value, if a newer screw top it has even less value then that. LEON.
