Maybe. If this is a pontil scar, it is remarkably focused on the valley surrounding the mammelon. It's almost too much scarring and too regular.

a follow up question (and my apologies if it's a stupid question): is this lip an applied square ring lip? and is the lip consistent with, or overlap with the time period of pontils? Trying to learn. Thank you.
