Your object is a candle holder made by "WHEATON". Several different small style candle holders were also made in various colors of glass and shapes. Wheaton also made reproductions of a few very rare and desirable bottles and flasks, all being post 1900 and extremely crude.I seem to remember it being in a circa 1910ish era dump, but that was many digs ago. This thing is so crude it isn't even uniformly sized. The tail of the comma on the bottom looks like all the pointed ones on all my blob and early crowntop sodas I've dug all these years. I also thought it may be a candle holder, though being that small, it would be kinda tipsy for one. Note the bubble also.
