The first photo is of a J. Grey lamont patent, I believe. Pretty common, maybe $30-40 in that condition. It appears the photo is from the New Zealand Maritime Museum website. The second photo is of a hogben patent bottle. Is the hogben patent what you have? A photo of the whole bottle would be good.
I assume from the glass bottle maker details the bottle mentioned is a lamont patent with a bullet shaped ebonite stopper. The second photo above is a Hogbens patent bottle and would have had a stick stopper about 3 inches long with a rubber seal around the stick. As nhpharm mentioned the lamont bottle would be valued at around his estimate.
