Well, you got me...I know it is a whiskey bottle, guess what I meant to ask is what is the significance of Sixth District IND...Pre or post prohibition?

Definitely Pre-Prohibition, since it doesn't contain The phrase "Federal Law Prohibits Re-Sale or Re-Use of the bottle", which was required to be on all whiskey from 1933-1964. I think "Sixth District Indiana" Is just where the company was located[].
