Jules Hauel Lion Pomade

Pictured below is an other pot & lid that I particularly like....another of the Jules Hauel products.... Genuine Lion Pomade prepared by Jules Hauel Perfumer 120 Chesnut St. Philadelphia for Strengthing the hair...This sweet lid & matching pot were dug at the "big dig" in San Francisco, Cal back in 1998....Quite a few lids came off the lot at 4th & Bryant. Now here is a lion that looks like a lion....not the Pekingese dog-lion of the T. H. Peters.........

This is not a rare lid, but early ..........a nice pictorial lid for a collection from the USA. It measures 3 inches in diameter.

Oh & by the way...The T.H. Peters Lion Pomade is way harder to come by....They make a nice pair

That's a sweet pictorial lid. Great detail, the lion looks like he's ready to jump out and have you for lunch. Hauel put out some cool-looking pot lids. ~Jim
