Hey Doug, I own a seismic retrofitting company in SF and we just found one of your great great uncles bottles while doing a job in Pacific Heights. I did some online searching and came across your post, hence me joining this blog. I will send some pics when Im back in my office.

Oh, cool... I want to see.... can only imagine. My dad was doing that under a building in my little town, when I was a kid. I still have the sad iron he dug up, under this building- the basement was a Chinese laundry in the late 1800’s. He brought home all kinds of stuff from there! San Francisco.... I wonder if u will find stuff from the fire?
