Pimple pontil? For crying out loud.

The pimple pontil phenomenon occurs mostly on turn molded bottles. Look more like nipples!

According to the late Red Matthews, it was nothing more than a vent hole to allow air to escape as the blown gather expanded in the mold. In short, the bottles listed aren't pontiled at all, but smooth based. Just another of many ploys by some sellers to mislead people into thinking that a bottle is older than it really is.
