I found this bottle and I think it’s a ketchup. Any history would be nice

Probably some sort of Heintz, but who knows. There’s so many ketchup bottles out there... too many...

I bring those home and I recycle them. Also most olive jars and food jars. It they are EMBOSSED that is a different story. With a name comes research and then a story unfolds. Historically speaking it is basically part of history you can hold in your hand. You feel more connected to the past that way, far more connected than any historian talking about the past has made me feel. All i wanted to do was do the homework get a passing grade and forget what they taught me. I never felt a need to retain any of it. It just felt so useless in my daily life. Now all that has changed with the discovery of one old bottle. I may be crazy but, I am glad that piece of glass changed my life. It still drives me insane when I find an embossed bottle that I cannot find find history about. I guess it always will. That's all I got.
