I pulled a jug from a crawl space of a over 100 year old house.
It has the Keystone J and from Ive found it comes from Knock Glass Bottle Company out of Jackson, Mississippi, 1932-1953 Written on the side is One-Half Gallon Accompanying the J on the bottom is the number 42. The only thing I can find is that Jackson, Mi had 3 different kinds of one half gallon jugs.
This one is a twist top with a finger hole What would this type of jug be used for?
