Lees Medicine, Americas first Patent Medicine but the question remains who was first?

There were two Lees from Connecticut and a Lee from Baltimore and a Lee in New York. Who was first to have a patent medicine in the United States. A lot of investigative research went into this compilation but I have finally figured out who the original Lees were, what they made, when they made it and where they were selling it from.The work is almost complete but I have some final loose ends to tie up.
