Little Medicine Bottles # 3

After this, I'll start posting photos of the the larger bottles I have as I finish hand cleaning them (wish I had a tumbler). I appreciate any information on them and suggestions as to how to clean them better.

Some interesting ones there, I definitely did a double take at the bottle embossed "Use Whitine for White Kid"! I couldn't begin to imagine what that was supposed to mean until I looked it up and apparently White Kid was a brand of white shoes. Never seen a Sloan's Liniment like yours before, I imagine it must be an earlier version of the 20th century ones we get up here which are one of the most common embossed meds you can find from the 30s. That aqua wide-mouthed bottle is interesting, it looks very old. Does it have a pontil on the base? I'd also be interested in seeing a better photo of the bottle with the star on it, I can't read anything on it but it looks like it has great embossing.

That star bottle is great, it's embossed Lightning Liniment! That's a really nice patent med that I've never seen before.
