I am not sure abouf the age of this bottle, it has some air bubbles, looks old but has also mold marks and a B in a faintish circle in the bottom.

Definitely no earlier than the 20th century. Initially I was thinking it was a modern decor bottle but it does look like it has some patina to it which I wouldn't expect on a decor bottle. I'm really at a loss as to what it could plausibly have been though, it's not a form I'm familiar with.

Maybe some sort of laboratory bottle?

Not sure if this was its intended use but it could be great for killing fruit flies if you put some vinegar in the bottom.
