Spent a few minutes today in a local antique mall. Found this beauty. HD Block was a retailer at 245 Jefferson from 1888 to 1909. That's all I can find on him.

I've never measured this size, but I'm assuming there weren't any required gov't standards. 7.5" high x 3.5" across widest point on shoulder x 1.5" thick. It holds 12 oz of liquid, so I'm guessing this is the pint size. It also has mold vents on the shoulders, so is probably dating closer to 1909 than 1888.

I haven't found a take-home bottle in an antique mall/store in decades. Beautiful find. Local coffin flasks are some of my favorites. Good score!
