Well in a moment of weakness I had to say yes to this mid 40's crate from Lucky Strike Bottling works, Vancouver BC.
The price was right and I've been wanting one for a while, I think I'll be able to clean it up a bit.
Also grabbed a few bottles, some I needed for cartons, others are new to me variations.

Nice!
Crate is great! The Mac's paper label too.
That's a nice pick up.

Nice find! Where's Mac's Cola from? Never seen that one before, is it a BC bottle?

If there's a cat on it, probably Mac's Milk and one of their earlier logo's.

Yes Mac's is the brand, marked Mac's milk limited, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary, Vancouver.
this would be an early label as it has the cats.

Mac's is a major convenience store chain , didn't realise they had glass bottles that old , think they still have a store brand of pop for sale but don't think its that popular , might only come in larger sized plastic bottles , never bought it but recall seeing it there

what cities are the 7 up and Jamaica dry from ?

The Jamaica Dry is from The Jackson bottling Co. Ltd.-Moose Jaw, Sask.
And the 7up's are Calgary-single foot version-no date readable, and a Kamloops double foot version dated 1951.

Here is a close up view of that label, I have a later 750ml Mac's bottle, also two older cans and a few new ones as well.
