i noticed this bottle on ebay , a green 30 oz Lukinto Club Ginger Ale bottle from Geraldton Ontario. which is a small town in northern ontario , which must of been a mining or mill town back then to be big enough to have its own bottler .

green 30 oz bottle with yellow/ red paint , on back bottled by Loudon Bros ltd Geraldton Ontario

i haven't really seen this bottle before , would assume there is also a clear 30 oz version too and a 7 oz green bottle , cause i have a similar 7 oz clear bottle

this is the Lukinto Club bottle i have , found it at a flea market years ago , might of paid a couple dollars for it .

not in very good condition , missing the yellow paint but appears to be same design as the 30 oz bottle

different back faded but says

" Drink Lukinto Club , orange , root beer , ginger ale and lukintang

bottled by loudon Bros ltd , geraldton ont , contents 7 fl oz "

not sure what lukintang was perhaps a local flavour

too bad this one isn't in better condition , might be an uncommon version as i haven't seen many since if any

also have pictures of these 2 bottles , a clear and green version of the 10 oz bottle , 50's > 60's era

on the back they mention lemon lime as one of the flavours not lukintang

I'm not sure what the population of Geraldton was in the 50's> 60's when these bottles used .

the population today is only 2600 with around 5000 in the surrounding area ( greenstone township ) , but Wikipedia mentions there was 8 different gold mines in the area from 1930's > 70's , so unclear what the population was but would of been people living and working in that area

my book says there was 2 bottlers in geraldton

Geraldton Bottling Works / Geraldton Bottling co which bottled pepsi cola , crush , hires and seven up , which started around the mid 1930's and lasted into the late 60's

Loudon Brothers ltd - which was the coca cola bottlers and did Lukinto Club which started around the late 30's and lasted into the late 60's .
they also went by the name Loudon's beverages in there very early days , might be a clear embossed bottle I seem to recall seeing it

Hi again. I’m here in Michigan, but love my Canadian crown tops. Here are two nice groups. The single is a Canadian that I’m looking for. Hope to hear from you.

it was used by the toronto soda water manufacturing co , was an orange crush look a like from the 20's - 30's
The question is, Can you find me one, and sell it to me?
