You all did so well with the last embossing mystery (RC&E = Reed, Carnick & Edwards) let's try another.
This bottle stands 8 inches tall and holds 16oz. It is BIM with a tooled prescription lip. Across the front in a square is "M. J. & Co." The period after the J is faint but it is there. I guessed the RC&E bottle to be c1900 when it was more like circa 1880 so I'll give this one a wide berth 1880 to 1900. Any ideas who this might be?
