So I'd guess he started a buisness after the Civil War which continued until the mid/late 1870s or early 1880s at the least, which is when I'd say thus bottle is from

I will check it out thank youThere's a Mahlon Frick who lived in Pottstown, PA in the 1940s, probably a great grandson or grandson. 19th century buisness records from Pottstown would be on the to read list if you wanted to dig deeper.
