Milk Bowl

snowy day here in N.E. Pennsy... i'm coming down with a case of " Pontilitis ". outbreaks of this rare virus usually occur here in the Northeast during the winter months when probes and shovels are stored away awaiting the grounds spring thaw... this is a milk bowl from the early 1800's i purchased last year.

Very nice bowl! Great wear on the bottom and looks totally legit. The sunburst and I am assuming Lyon's powder are great as well. Have you ever seen a Lyon's powder bottle without the embossing? The reason I ask is, I have always liked the form and colors Lyon's are offered in. I collect open pontil utility bottles without embossing, and would like to add some to my collection if they come without the embossing.
