Milk glass jar ?

Two cool jars the one on the left no markings has anyone seen this one before ? I have no clue thanks for any info !!!

Usually milk glass jars had some sort of skin product in them, I've never seen that particular one before though.

I found these using the key words "Panel" and "Scalloped" - There were no pictures of the bases but were described as being marked with a C overlaid with an L - Which is for the Carr-Lowrey Glass Company. This link has the history of the company.
