If you look closely, she states right in the durned writeup that her "excogitated" labels were copyrighted in 2008 (but don't you dare copy them).
What kills me are all the terms she throws around, for instance, where she discusses casting lines (seams) and the history of molds and glass.

If they were marked as such it wouldn't be as bad. You could tell on examination and the buyer couldn't pass it on as easily. I have my doubts the are and without the © on it I'll make as many as I want to.[][][]
