You should be able to find this common bottle all over the country. Sometimes with local bottlers addedto the Mt. Valley Water name. There are many variants in several sizes, all greens.... never seen any but their beverage line (the one with the Arkansas state outline on it) in crystal. Maybe a $2 retail, but not that much here in Arky-saw.

I thought their use of the word "Physic" was interesting ... phys·ic/?f?z
thinsp.png
?k/ Show Spelled [fiz-ik] Show IPA noun, verb, phys·icked, phys·ick·ing.noun1. A medicine that purges; cathartic; laxative.
2. Any medicine; a drug or medicament.
3. Archaic. the medical art or profession.
4. Obsolete , natural science. Verb (used with object)
5. To treat with or act upon as a physic or medicine.
6. To work upon as a medicine does; relieve or cure.

Now notice how this 1946 ad reads ... "Not A Laxative"

PS I also thought it interesting that a so called health drink, which supposedly was prescribed by doctors and good for kidney problems, was advertised in such a manner by a whiskey shop. [:D]

Fish: I was a little confused at first by your use of the word "crystal" and what you meant by "their beverage line," but it finally dawned on me that you were referring to the brand/bottle pictured here ... Dated 1968

Sodapopbob, Here's three versions from Cleveland, OH. Notice the first two say "NOT A PHYSIC", while the last one says "NOT LAXATIVE". Also, the middle bottle says 6 ounces, rather than the usual 7. Not sure why, the bottles are exactly the same height, diameter, etc. Must have put one ounce less of liquid inside. Rick
