Hello everyone. I found a couple of old bottles that were together. They look the same but have subtle differences. One is mm taller, slightly bigger around and just a slightly darker shade of green. I’m wondering if they might be 30’s Pepsi bottles?
The first (Lighter Green) has a C inside an inverted triangle and a 2 under it. I think this may be Consumers Glass, not sure what the 2 means.
The second (Darker Green) has an inverted triangle with 5 1 2 and a dot under the triangle, also a 6 under that.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Rookie

One on the left looks like the standard Canadian beer bottles from the 30s and 40s. Not sure about the one on the right, maybe a soda. These could have been anything really. They could have been Pepsis but those generic bottles were used for all sorts of things, including different brands of soda.

That’s great, thanks so much. When I first came across them the first thing I thought was Labatts 50 because I have a couple of those already but when I compared them the style of bottle was different as was the markings on the bottom. I guess without the paper label it can make it rather difficult to identify.
Thanks again,

Thanks again,

Are they 12 oz. sized? I dug about 50 just like that one but they were 7.5 oz. size like 7-ups are. Unembossed, of course.
