Need Help on R C Bottle

I picked up a 1 Pint 12 Ounce Diamond Royal Crown bottle from the local Antique Mall yesterday. I'm having a hard time locating info on this size R C bottle. I remember seeing some information years ago, but I can't locate it now. Ant info on when this bottle was used would be appreciated. Seems like I remember that it had a short life span. Buster

Buster, I can't tell ya anything about it. However I have seen some of the major brands use this size bottle in the late 1950's.

I've often wondered "Why not add 4 ounces and make 'em quarts?".

Thanks Pat. With it being an ACL and a Laurens Glass Works , just thought that you may have known the dates that these were used. I Finally located a similar one on the net. That one was made by Owens Illinois and appears to be a'66. Anyways, I didn't have this one in the R C s and couldn't pass it up. Buster
