Very nice window bottle, likely from the 1970's or the 80's. Value in the 5 to 10 dollar range.

I think these were put out by Lestoil or Lysol, they came in a myriad of colors... NYC^^^^ hit it on the head, I think they were made in 1976

Thanks for the info. Any pointers on what to look for on this bottle that should show me it is a "modern" bottle? I'm a newbie so any info is helpful.

First step is research, these are machine made. See here and examine the site, it's the best. http://www.sha.org/bottle/index.htm
As for that bottle just look from the shoulder up and follow the seam. It goes all the way up plus around the lower part of the lip, right?

The site that u sent is great.

The flask does have a seam about a centimeter down from the lip. The seam does not seem to go through the lip.

Still not a bad find - my GF paid $3 for it at a thrift store
