Hi, I'm a new member from western Massachusetts, and I've been collecting and digging since early 2020. I mainly collect bottles from Hampton county (ex Springfield, Westfield, West Springfield), particularly bottles from the Country Club Soda Company out of Springfield Mass which was in business from 1899 to 1987. I'm always looking out for Country Club bottles I don't have, so I'd greatly appreciate any images of bottles from your collections.

Some of my favorite Country Club bottles

Greetings Hunter.... your bottles from the Country Club Soda Company are interesting from my unique view. I collected Orange Crush for many years, and wrote three editions of the only book on O.C. (book is on Ebay). A very unique bottle came out of that bottle manufacturing company. The soda itself was not unique but rather the bottle - a shorter version of the classic, 6oz. amber 'krinkly' bottle. I enclose pictures of the bottle and a description taken from my book. I would like to see any further O.C. bottles you might discover from that company - please contact me....welcome again. Michael

Thank you for the information! I've seen newspaper ads and bottles that show Country Club as a bottler of Orange Crush, but I did not know that the bottles were so unique. I have one in my collection, but unfortunately, it was a river find and the ACL has almost entirely been worn away. You can slightly see the text on the back if you're looking from the right angle though. On the bottom of the bottle is Springfield Mass, the Duraglass logo, and the Owens Illinois Glass company logo, and the date code appears to be a 1. I am unsure if this would be 1941 or 51.
