New weird bottle with a bunch of auction stuff.

This wasn’t said to be full but it is! I have been chasing people away from that seal. And I don’t drink but if I ever change my mind in that, I wouldn’t want this, for sure. So this is circa 1964, and made special for non-drinking “Chuck”- whoever that is! How would u sell this, or can you?

. Also, it’s all in good shape when u consider the age…. And that’s some geriatric whisky, within- but what could I carefully treat that leather with, keeping it off all labels? I just don’t want it to dry out any more that it’s thinking about being! I know…. Start with a box of qtips! But leather restorer, or? Thanks-
