Well, Jim from Idaho was close. John Thomas lists it in the 1974 edition of "Picnics, Coffins And Shoo-Flies" as being made only in 1882-84 but valued at $25.

I've long wanted a copy of this jewel of a book, just never had the money at the right time. I have LOTS of referrence books and this would be in my library if possible. Even with the prices useless, as are many / most price guides, the information is still relevent and can be invaluable when making rarity / desireability comparisons. Thanks for this info. Jack.
