Wow! A great Ny bottle, love to see it. Great color. If you don't mind saying, how much did it run you? I'd like to pick one up eventually and am wondering what I'm in for
It was in a small collection that I bought recently. Bought the collection for the petaled Newton and sold the rest to a dealer friend.

Here's my Holmes. Not petaled in my opinion, but a sided shoulder at least. The aqua examples are relatively common as far as I know, but one deep cobalt example exists, too. It's pictured in the color section of one of Alan Schmeisser's(?) books on sodas and was in the Rusty Frye collection. Hard to beat that primitive embossing.

I think your right about it not being a petal mold. It has been sitting in my garage for a long time.
Its an aqua, not a light green. The primitive embossing is nice. Will tumble it and see how it turns out.
WOW! a cobalt one would be something else.
