Oakland Stream Bank Finds

Hey All,
So I went back to the stream today and decided to search the banks for bottles instead of tackling that large brick structure today. Thanks to Madman about the suggestion of sledgehammering a few bricks to see what's inside........I just might do that later.

So in one section of the stream bank I spotted some debris and upon further excavation came out with a nice old pottery jug fully intact and a nice reddish color, then a local Oakland milk and a nice SF Enterprise pony beer today for less than an hour's work, I was happy.

Here's the pics...............the first one includes my cat and dog who were intrigued by the smell of the freshly dug items in the house today.

Seems like enough found there to go back and search further. Enterprise split looks to be in pretty good condition. Oakland Creamery looks fairly old as well. Congrats!

Found a few more goodies at the stream bank today.
Another Local Oakland Dairy milk which is a smaller size to the one I found in the well under my house.....A Walnut Grove Creamery in great shape!

And 2 Oakland pharmacists bottles........An Eagle pharmacy from E. 14th Street and a Normal Pharmacy from 8th and Washington street.(see the close up on next picture) I'm going to soak the two medicines overnight to get them a lot cleaner hopefully.

Nice finds Doug, funny how the pharms are laid out the same and that first milk looks like an early one.
