Hey everyone! I've been doing some farming in the back yard of my grandparents and kept finding bits of glass an old spark plug even a railroad spike. Anyways I managed to pull this small amber bottle out out the ground and could use some help identifying it. It's coolest feature to me is the pa keystone on the bottom. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Welcome to the forum! What you've got is a bottle which probably would have had a dropper for something like iodine. It's not particularly old I'm afraid, probably from around the 1960s or thereabouts, and would have had a plastic cap. You see them quite a lot in dumps from that era in the woods.
The logo I think is for the Knox Glass Bottle Co. https://sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/KnoxGlass.pdf

Maybe a good time to get a metal detector?
