Online lists of bottlers, by states

I was noticing that most lists online of different bottlers are incomplete. For example, I'm staring right at an old yearbook ad of the Dr Pepper Bottling Company, Glenmora, LA - dated 1967. Looking online, no mention is made of the Dr Pepper plant in Glenmora. Does anyone else have a link to a more complete list of bottlers than what is on gono.com? Thanks!

There is no comprehensive list. There are books on bottling history for many states but not Louisiana. There are directories of bottlers from the 1920's and 1930's. There are magazines from the 1880's forward: National Bottler's Gazette, Southern Carbonator, American Bottler, and others that have information on bottlers by state. If you want a "complete" list here is where you can start. I've been gathering information from these sources for forty years and have maybe five per cent of the information collected.
