What year/era is the bottle from? This is part of a collection that was passed down from my father after he passed. It's has embossed circles inside of squares. I have like 3 of them. One grape crush, lemon-lime crush, and grapefruit crush. Also I might be looking to part with the small collection if anyone in interested. 50 bottles or so.

To me kinda looks Art Deco like the 1920's but could be from the 30's & 40's also. I'm no Crush Expert though. I've found these type of Bottles before but with out a cap or label to Identify had no idea what was in it. I think other Beverages came in these Bottles also. LEON.

Hi Keith1836, that bottle's design patent was issued on July 15¸ 1924 for the Orange Crush company. I have some bottles with this design with date codes in the 1920's.

We could probably identify the date for you if you told us what is exactly embossed on the heel part of the bottle, and on the underside of the bottle. It won't be easy to read.

Full bottles with these 3 caps would make a nice addition for a collector of full bottles.

Hi Keith 1836... your bottle with the cirlces in not an Orange Crush drink, but rather a drink made by one of the many Orange Crush Bottling companies. It is 6oz., 1924.. most being from Greensboro, N.C.. Interesting that your bottle is American with a Canadian crown cap... a refill... would like to see your other O.C. bottles...

That is a US crown....this appears to be a recap, I've seen a dozen or so over the last few years with various flavors.

Thanks for the info. How would one know that it might be a recap? And how do I tell if the cap is an American or Canadian cap?

I know Michael stated it was a Canadian crown, probably because of the 'Trade Mark Reg'... but I have a US one with the same. Second is the 'Contains 1/20 of 1% Benzoate of Soda'... I don't recall that on a Canadian crown.
I don't believe that crown would have ever been used on that bottle, and the contents don't really look aged to me.
I've seen the same bottle filled with a Grapefruit, Lime, and one with an O-C brand strawberry.
If these bottles are truly from the mid to late 20's and they have original content, I can't see it being in that condition.
I would think this may have been the crown?
