was it patent in 1921 or 1922 in canada ?

That is the orange Crush I like that one the best it's a really neat bottle they are absolutely my favorite orange crushes from the 1920s

i'm not sure what the question is , the patent date is the year bottle design was patented not the years it was actually used .

that bottle would of been used in the 20's - 30's era

Hi 70Circa.... the clear, 'krinkly' with REG or REG'D, dated Aug.21/22 is the Canadian equivalent to the non-Ward, clear krinkly bottle - a short and tall version. The embossing on the base 'D' and 'C' in a triangle are both Canadian manufactures. Shorter version standard on back while taller version a Mr.Crushy, right, was present.
