An entry from digger o'dells letters that I thought was funny...

Dear Sir, I found a some cases of small fully petrified coke bottles into a cavern in the South American Andes. Is not a joke. I don’t know how, but looks like the exposition to the rare climate and gases of the cavern petrified the bottles! Some cases are full bottles, some are empty bottles. I think I have a small fortune here, but I have no idea how to sell or offer them. Can you help me? Thanks Henry Albert
Henry...I've heard bat guano can have that effect on soda bottles. I think you have an original approach here, just put them on ebay just as described. I'll bet someone will bid on them. If you sell them, I have some cases of Royal Crown Cola bottles I can't unload. Just be careful coming across the border. Digger.

[:D] Now we know how to make those common soda bottles worth something. Just stick them in a cave, let the bats use them for an outhouse for about 20 years and voila, instant rarities! He should mention in his description that there is no extra charge for the bat dung. This may help, because it is likely just as valuable as his bottles! I have seen a few bizarre inquiries (and people) in Digger's questions, but this has to be one of the best. Thanks for a good laugh, Matt! ~Jim
