I got two nice Soda's from a local estate this morning the 1st is a large 12" Blob Soda with the following embossed on it " TO RETAIN THIS BOTTLE FROM A.M.LEAVISON PADUCAH KY SUBJECTS YOU TO PROSECUTION " I have only seen something like that on one other bottle the so called Prison Dr Pepper . This is a crude one full of whittle bubbles with original bail and rubber seal. It looks to have the circle hinge mold base circa 1870's or so. (I have a leavison I dug in a Civil War campsite that is pontil but it is a normal size soda). I don't know the rarity or true value so I am open to help it came out of the wall of a victorian era house that was torn down.

The 2nd bottle is more of local interest but a rare one. It is a 12 oz (appx) aqua tooled top slug circle plate Jackson Bottling Works Jackson Tenn soda. I have seen one other of these in my 35 + years of digging collecting etc of Tenn Bottles. I dug the other one in 1982 and traded it away and never have seen another piece of one since. There are some somewhere but they have remained hidden . The other Jackson Bottling Works bottles they produced are fairly east to obtain but this one is a different story. It just came from under the same house as the Ky one that I posted . Good day for me to get two I didn't have.
