PICTURE DRUGGISTS! From anywhere wanted, except for pestle & mortar.

Those picture druggists are great, I only have one and it's the Wilkenson bottle from Keokuk Iowa with the eagle on it. Don't have any from Canada, though I know of at least one from BC that I would like to get one day with a camel on it, since the pharmacist's name was Campbell. The ones where the picture relates to the name are my favourites, I really love that A. Fly bottle.

I have had several chances to get that camel bottle, first time was when I wasn't collecting picture druggists so I didn't want it! Wish I had gotten it now. Here is a pic of my Canadian picture drug and the Wilkinson from Iowa.

I like that Halifax one, we don't seem to get many picture druggists up here. Though I guess that could just be because the States has so many more druggist bottles (and all other types of bottles) than we do. It's quite weird that I even found the Wilkinson druggist, it was in an antique store on Vancouver Island, attic mint light amethyst with a partial label. One of my best druggist bottle finds though really far from anywhere I collect from. I don't really care though, still my most beautiful druggist bottle.

I have this absolutely killer picture druggist from a tiny tiny central Minnesota town. Its an amazing bottle, and is the only one I've ever heard of, although i bet there are others out there. It is the centerpiece of my Minnesota collection

The only picture one I have is from my home town and is a M/P..like you said it is a rare one for her especially in aqua..the only other ones I have seen are clear... Bought it in the 70's for two dollars..it is mint and in our local History Museum...very nice collection you have!! JAMIE

That is a great looking bottle. Wish I had one! I have several picture druggists from Minnesota but, obviously, not that one. Thanks for posting it. Stephenp.s. If anybody wants to post a picture of their 'picture' drug bottles on this thread that would be great. I like to see what else is out there.

Thank you! [] I am very proud of that bottle! I think i may have another picture druggist or two, but i dont have any bottles with me here in college. I agree that more people should post up pictures of their picture druggists! they are some of the coolest bottles out there! P.S. that pointer bottle with the dog on it is an absolute killer!

That bottle, with the beaver and color, has always been a favorite of mine....to get! That bottle would be great in my collection. I have never had the change to get one though, saw one in clear glass also but it wasn't for sale.
