Welcome to the forum! I think it's a modern decorative bottle although hard to tell for sure what it is without being able to see the whole thing.

Especially the lip and neck. Those are often the most informative part of the bottle.

It's a blown bottle but I can't tell exactly what not enough of the bottle shown in the picture maybe some decorating piece got a nice color

Looks like a lot of wear on bottom but is too out of focus to tell for sure. Need more pictures.
