We found this bottle on a Louisiana beach. No other markings other than the name on the embossed part. It say Drouet & Gautier and it says Haut and then Brion and then Bordeaux. We have googled the name with no results at all. Sorry it's 1 pic till I get home this evening. The cork is still in it. Has a little liquid in it. Please help. Thank you

It must be very old. Probably a wine bottle. Since the cork was still in it, it probably floated to the beach many years ago and got buried in the sand for many years until uncovered by erosion, or floated there fairly recently from Who Knows Where!!

"Drouet and Gautier" was located in Bordeaux, France. Maybe a wine producer or distributor??? I found one obscure reference here, from 1862: https://www.nytimes.com/1862/06/23/...the-british-steamer-circassian-condemned.html
