There was a Westchester Bottling Works in New Rochelle, if that's close to you. I can't find a picture of a bottle like yours but they were in business during the correct era for a bottle like that.

Westchester Bottling Works was my family’s Business! If you have any of the bottles I would be very interested in purchasing. The one on this thread in question is not from our families business. Westchester Bottling Works manufactured “Rochelle Club”
