Please help unidentified bottle toppers idk what they are ????

I'd I had to guess I'd say perfume toppers ??? Anybody seen these before found them in same dump about 50ft to the right of the other so it has to be a some what common item is think ????

I wouldn't dismiss it as being some type of stopper. Reminds me of something Tiffany or Lalique would've made with that frosted surface. Is the tapered "stopper" end ground? Very cool, what ever they are.
