I got this art deco Pop Pop beverages Corp crowntop bottle from Yonkers N.Y. the base which is hard to read is embossed 3828 LG 28. Laurens glass works 1928. Found in N.J. I have never found one of these or can I find any information about Pop Pop. I love the upside down horseshoe.

Seems to be the Pop Beverage Corporation. "Pop Pop" just the intersecting design. Great name -- wonder that it was not already taken.

Newspapers.com (love that site). Has 24 references between 1920 and 1940. Many are repeating advertisements - I'm excluding these. Most interesting, I suppose, might be the notice of charter; 1924 - chartered at Albany, capital of $20,000, incorporators: M. W. Kress, A. C. Alexander and L. Roche. The final reference, the New Year's greetings, came from Dec. 31, 1936.

There were no articles after 1936 (searched to 1960).
There were no articles other than in the Yonkers Herald / Statesman. None from NJ.
I have not searched for other than "Pop Beverage Corp."
