Age-wise it looks like 1930s-40s or so, I'd guess.

The O in a square mark was used by the Owens Glass Company between 1919 and 1929. Awesome label and cap.

Oh I missed that, I thought the label looked a bit newer than the 20s but it's possible they kept the same bottle design for a while as well.
