Hi Everyone,
I must admit that I am totally amazed that this bottle is not known in the USA.
I have tried Australia, the UK and now the USA and not had any other example found - so at present it appears I have the only example - which is completely unexpected.
So I have been trying to come up with a reason why, and I thought is it possible that back in the 1890's to 1910's that the sales reps for Etna collected the empty bottles when delivering new/replacement stock?
This would explain the absence of these bottles in dumps - dispensing bottles would obviously be rarer than other medicine bottles but there must be a reason why these are totally missing.
What do you think is this plausable?
Thanks and regards,
Josh
