Rare Michigan medicine bottle

$2.00 garage sale find...Product of I. L. Dodd Pharmacy, Buchanan, MI...8 1/2 inches tall with a crooked neck and irregular bottle shape--from mid 1860's. Not a lot of info out there on this one.

Matt's Medicine bottle nexus seems to be gone from on-line. He was at one time compiling a list of all the US medicine bottles. His site was a good gauge of rarity.

Nice Bottle but I don't know anything about it, should be some Michigan Collectors in here that know something but they rarely comment on anything. I can say looks like a good deal for $2.00. LEON.


P.S. Does it say Buchanan Michigan on it ?

No..Looked up history on bottle by using druggist name.
