Ok, I'm just a tad behind in my digging posts. In March I went to a giant hillside dump one of my friends told me about. It was pretty impressive, a 20-foot slope that had bottles 3 feet from the surface. Unfortunately for me the ground was still partially frozen. I found most of the bottles pictured on the surface. They were surface tosses or dinged up so my friend passed them by. I did manage to get some digging in. I dug down 3 feet and hit a nice crunchy layer. I pulled out a very nice blob soda and some slicks before I hit water [

Here are some of the finds:
Some of the nicer finds
An unlisted Berry Spring soda from Pawtucket, RI, an American Bottling Co. Incorporated Limited 1916 from Providence, a Canada Dry with carnival finish, and amber Sunlight Bleach from Phillipsdale, RI, and an unlisted LaSalle Beverages from Providence.
The dated blob seems pretty late, esp. since it's not clear, but a gray aqua.
