Rocket brand bottle

Does anyone have any info about this bottle? I always thought it was a shoe polish but cant find any information or any others like it..nice greenish aqua color, about 5 inches tall, embossed "ROCKET BRAND" on front, Roby & mitchell Ltd. On one side, and LEEDS on the other side, i assumed this was Leeds uk. Thank you for any help.

Not sure what this might have had in it, but Roby & Mitchell were drysalters, so they sold glue, varnish, dye, colorings, and chemicals for preserving food.
